Gate Automation FAQ & Support

Get clear answers before requesting gate automation or arranging a repair. This page explains which photographs and measurements to send, what a site assessment can establish and how to prepare a useful enquiry. Exact specifications and the final scope depend on the selected equipment and your entrance.

Enquiries, Quotations & After-Sales Support

What information makes an initial enquiry useful?
Include the site location, the type of entrance and whether the requirement is new equipment, a replacement part or a fault. Clear photographs help us identify the next step.

Does a photo replace a site survey?
A photo supports initial advice, but mounting geometry, wiring and mechanical condition may still require inspection before a fixed scope can be quoted.

What should a quotation identify?
Look for the equipment version, included accessories, installation work, exclusions and the agreed commissioning and warranty terms.

How do I identify a replacement remote or spare part?
Provide the model label and photographs of the original item. Appearance alone does not confirm compatibility.

Where can I learn about ongoing maintenance?
Our repair and maintenance page explains inspection work and AMC scope.

Ask About Your Specific Equipment

If your question is not covered here, send the equipment brand and model together with a brief description of the requirement. Our team will route it to the appropriate quotation or technical-support discussion.

Questions to settle before placing an order

Can you quote from photographs?

Photographs help us identify the type of entrance and discuss the enquiry. They may not establish mounting dimensions, wiring condition or the exact equipment required. We will identify the missing information so the proposed scope can be checked before a quotation is finalized.

What should a product quotation identify?

Look for the exact equipment reference, quantity, included accessories and whether installation and commissioning are part of the scope. Any terms concerning availability, delivery, warranty or payment need to be stated in the actual quotation. Do not assume these from a product photograph.

Can existing equipment be retained?

Tell us which motors, controllers, remotes or access devices you want to keep. Compatibility and condition need to be checked for the actual installation. A proposal should identify retained components and new equipment clearly so the intended system is understood before work starts.
