Industrial sliding gate automation with controlled movement
The Proteco PMT range combines a three-phase gearmotor with an integrated inverter controller for heavy industrial sliding gates. Choose the PMT305 for gates up to 3,000 kg or the PMT505 for gates up to 5,000 kg, subject to assessment of the complete gate installation.

Built around the mechanics of a heavy gate
The inverter provides adjustable speed and slowdown, helping reduce mechanical stress near the end of travel. A ground-fixed metal base, painted metal cover and accessible emergency-release door form the operator assembly. The standard steel pinion is module M4; a module M6 pinion is optional.
Power and installation requirements
The technical table lists the motor as 230/400 V, 50–60 Hz, three-phase. It separately describes the integrated inverter controller as having a 230 V AC single-phase input; the range overview also uses “230 V three-phase”. Confirm the exact ordered configuration, electrical input and wiring against the manufacturer’s installation manual before installation.
For a Qatar installation, assess gate weight, rolling resistance, rack alignment, opening frequency, drainage, enclosure exposure and the proposed electrical supply. The stated temperature range does not replace a site assessment. Safety devices and maintenance requirements must be selected for the entrance.
Standard equipment and optional accessories
The sheet describes a built-in inverter controller, M4 steel pinion, two electromechanical limit switches and two rack-mounted limit-switch cams supplied with the motor. Confirm the final supply scope in your quotation.
Optional items listed by Proteco include LUCE LED blinker, RF40 photocells, IKON four-channel transmitter, ANT02 aerial, RX433 receiver, B102 galvanised steel rack, M6 steel pinion and RS15 key switch. These accessories are not presented as an included kit.
